  • Same-day or next-day scheduling

  • Unrushed appointments

  • Direct communication with Dr. Hines

  • Select procedures included at no extra charge

Discounts available for children, families, and employers who want to provide better healthcare options for employees at a lower cost than traditional insurance plans.

Fee-for-Service Care.

Perfect for patients who only need occasional care. Pay a flat, upfront rate of $75 for a standard primary care or same-day visit. No hidden fees, no surprise bills.

Whether you choose membership or fee-for-service, you’ll have access to high-quality primary care and acute visits, including:

  • General health and wellness visits

  • Treatment for common illnesses (colds, flu, infections, minor injuries)

  • Ongoing management of chronic conditions

  • Minor procedures such as:

    • Skin biopsies

    • Skin tag and skin lesion removal

    • Abscess treatment

    • Laceration repair
